Inwestuję w 1-2 organizacje rocznie, które:
mają długofalową wizję wprowadzanej zmiany
z szacunkiem i świadomie podchodzą do tematu różnorodności i inkluzywności w biznesie (co najmniej 40% zarządu / założycieli to kobiety i co najmniej 40% zespołu to kobiety),
działają w modelu transparentnym, w oparciu o szczerość, zaufanie, dostęp do otwartych danych,
otwarte są na MVP inwestycyjne (inwestuję na początek mniejszą kwotę, za którą realizowany jest określony plan, po walidacji realizacji planu, tego jak nam się współpracuje, inwestuję większą kwotę),
opomiarowanie swoich działań traktują jako podstawę - mierzą wszystko co warto mierzyć,
działają w modelu evidence-based (w oparciu o fakty, liczby, badania, zwalidowaną personę, etc.),
działają w obszarach: edukacja, HR, zarządzanie, leadership,
nie uciekają na słowa proces, standaryzacja, opomiarowanie.
Proces inwestycyjny krok po kroku:

Prześlij mi swój pitch opisując swoje WHY, problem, który rozwiązujesz, zmianę, którą chcesz wprowadzić i długofalową wizję. Nie zapomnij o kluczowych liczbach i roadmapie.
W odpowiedzi wyślę Ci kilka pytań do uzupełnienia w formie ankiety. Odpowiedz opierając się o fakty, liczby, konkrety.

Otrzymasz ode mnie wstępną odpowiedź i (jeśli będzie pozytywna) zaproszenie na spotkanie. Porozmawiamy o celach i roadmapie.

Dobrze nam się rozmawiało i Twój plan robi na nie wrażenie? Zainwestuję na początek małą kwotę w realizację 1 konkretnego celu w konkretnym czasie (MVP inwestycji).

Po zwalidowaniu MVP inwestycji podejmę decyzję o dalszej inwestycji. Porozmawiamy wówczas o umowie inwestycyjnej, cap table i innych kwestiach ważnych na tym etapie.
