- Authentication Data: We use Google Login. When you sign in, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We do not see or store your Google password.
- Payment Information: Payments are handled by our secure partner Google Reader Revenue Manager. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. We only receive confirmation of payment and basic billing details required for tax purposes.
- Usage Data: We may track which reports or tools you access to ensure the stability of the service.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data to:
- Provide the Service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): To grant you immediate access to our subscriber-only blog, tools, and reports.
- Legal Obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): To issue invoices and maintain accounting records (required by Polish tax law).
- Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): To prevent fraud and maintain the security of our website.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Immediate Access: Access to all content is granted immediately upon successful payment.
- No Trial Period: We do not offer a trial period. By subscribing, you agree to the immediate start of the service.
- Monthly Billing: You are charged once a month.
- Cancellation: You can resign at any time. To avoid the next charge, you must cancel your subscription before the next scheduled payment date. Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current paid month.
5. Data Retention
- Active Account: We keep your data as long as your subscription is active.
- Accounting: Even after cancellation, we are required by Polish law to keep billing information (invoices) for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax was due.
- Inactive Accounts: Profile data from Google will be deleted if you delete your account or remain inactive for 24 months.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy.
- Rectify (correct) your data.
- Request deletion (“Right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw consent at any time (though this won’t affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).
- File a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
7. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your data only with trusted partners who help us run the site:
- Google: For authentication (login).
- Google Reader Revenue Manager: For processing your monthly subscription.
- ZenBox: Where our website and database are stored.
