Values Poker is a set of coaching cards you can use while working on your purpose, WHY, mission, or vision based on values. It makes it easier to set your goals and build your business in the Values-Based Management Model.

The full deck of cards includes:

• 40 cards in 4 colors – 10 cards each (red, yellow, blue, and green) – based on the Jung personality typology;
• 14 universal cards (representing values like Love, Friendship, Health, etc.);
• 5 Scrum values (Courage, Focus, Commitment, Respect, Openness);
• 3 cards with instructions;
• Joker cards to write down your own values, that are not included in the deck.

The cards are designed in a simple way, not to suggest the meaning of the value. It should be described by the person/team/organization who defines their values using this tool. The card division allows the deck to be used in workshops employing Jungian four-quadrant models (e.g., Insights, DISC).

The instructions include a simple game designed to help you discover and name your own value system.
